Founder & Commercial and Litigation Specialist

In practise as an attorney for in excess of 50 years, having been one of the founding partners of Fluxmans in the mid 1960’s and was admitted as an attorney of the Supreme Court of South Africa in 1966 and admitted to appear in the High Court of South Africa.

He was admitted as an attorney in the High Court of Swaziland in 1973 and was one of the first attorneys to be admitted as a Commissioner of the Small Claims Court, where he has offered his services continuously since 1989.

Practise mainly in the field of general commercial law and commercial litigation, conveyancing and a minor amount of commercial criminal law and mining law.
